My name is Shehan Gabriel and I�m a council member of OBU SL. I�m writing this on behalf of my younger brother Cloyed Gabriel who is currently in New York (Stasin Island). He sat for his AL exam this year and migrated to US with my patents. He is very much willing to join the OBU in NEW YORK however we doesn�t have any contact details over there.
