We had our Dance recently and below is a write-up which I would much appreciate if you could publish in the upcoming issue of your esteemed journal.

“The 11th Annual Dinner Dance organized by the Old Bens on the West Coast on May 13 was a resounding success. The souvenir published contained a tribute to our Vice Patron, late Kingsley Blake.

The Eaglequest Coyote Creek in Surrey,BC was the venue for the annual Benedictine rendezvous. The capacity gathering of members and their array of guests enjoyed the fleeting hours in the spirit of camaraderie the occasion generates with delectable food and dancing to the lively music of ‘Tropicana’ until it was time to say ’Au Revoir’. The Dance was organized to harness funds for the mega College grounds development project and the global Benedictine Tsunami project initiated in 2005.

The organizing committee comprised Michael Ramanaden, who was also Master of Ceremonies and Eugene Motha,Mano Rasiah,John A Fernando, Desmond Anthonypillai,Krishon Perera, Prabath Pullay,Ranjit De Vaz, Aubrey Blake and Anton Nugera. “

Thanks.
