Message from Bro. Director: 24th May 2019
Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,
The College will re-open for Grades 8, 9, 10 & 11 on 27th May, Monday.This schedule will continue until the end of the week i.e. 31st May Friday. Please refer to the schedule attached below. Please note and send your children accordingly. Only those who are assigned for this week will be accommodated according to the schedule.

May 27th 28th 29th 30th 31st: Grades 8, 9, 10 & 11


Information for Primary School:
The Primary School will reopen on 27th May Monday. The classes will commence only for Grade 5 from 27th May Monday to 31st May Friday.

May 27th 28th 29th 30th 31st: Grade 5 only


 Arrangements for the other classes will be notified during the course of the next week.
Information:

  1. The study Packs for Primary children have been handed over to the parents. The parents should help their children to work on these and show them to their class teachers. Maintain a file for each subject and keep them carefully as these will help you for revision and preparation for the 2nd Term Examinations.
  2. Arrival to School and Departure from School will be at the Primary Entrance.
  3. The students will be required to bring only the Exercise Books to College in a See-Through Bag/ Shopping Bag to help in the security checks. The lunch box, the water bottle and the pencil case too should be transparent. It is safer for your children to bring along home prepared food and drinks.

  4. The students are allowed into college after 6.30 am and should be taken away by 2.00 pm the latest.
  5. All students should bring their Record Books to College without fail. Students will not be permitted to school without their Student Record Book. The photograph in the Record Book should be one taken recently in the College Uniform.
  6. All sports activities are suspended until further notice.
  7. School monthly donation up to the month of May could be paid by person at the Welfare Office by parents.It also can be paid by parents through the Bank and produce the deposit slips to the Welfare Society Office through the students to obtain your receipt. The class teachers will help your children to coordinate this with the Welfare Office to obtain your receipt.

    Information for Collegiate Section:
    All our students in Secondary (Grades 6 - A/L) sections were sent Study Packs via the College Website for all subjects covering the 2nd Term syllabus in all three mediums. The 2nd Term Tests will be based on these Study Packs. You can call on your Subject Teachers if you should need any help.
    We have released the First Set of Study Packs and hope you are downloading them and working on them. I wish to urge you work on them and bring them along with you when you come to school. The subject teachers will correct them and discuss with you. Maintain a file for each subject and keep them carefully as these will help you for revision and preparation for the 2nd Term Examinations. The Second Set of Study Packs for all the classes will be released soon.


Parents should make sure that your children make the best use of these Study Packs from home and help your child inculcate the best use of modern technology, time management, reference and research mode learning skills and become successful students.

  1. The students will be required to bring only the Exercise Books to College in a See-Through Bag/ Shopping Bag to help in the security checks. The lunch box, the water bottle and the pencil case too should be transparent. It is safer for your children to bring along home prepared food and drinks.
  2. The Main Entrance & Exit will be through St. Lucia’s Cathedral Entrance for the moment. The use of the Rear Gate will be notified later.
  3. The students are allowed into college after 6.30 am and should be taken away by 2.30 pm the latest. Those students who travel by school buses and vans should take precaution to board them closer to the St. Lucia’s Cathedral Square.
  4. All students should bring their Record Books to College without fail. Students will not be permitted to school without their Student Record Book. The photograph in the Record Book should be one taken recently in the College Uniform. Senior students should bring along their National Identity Cards too.
  5. All sports activities are suspended until further notice.
  6. Mobile Phones are not permitted in college and if found will be confiscated.
  7. No vehicles are permitted into the Cathedral Square premises.
  8. Those who require certificates such as, Leaving Certificates, Character Certificates, Results Sheet, Letters to the Embassies, etc. should call on Tuesdays between 9.00 and 11.00 am and fill the relevant application at the Cathedral Square Entranceand obtain them the following Tuesday.

  9. School monthly donation up to the month of May could be paid by person at the Welfare Office by students.If paid by parents, it should through the Bank and produce the deposit slip to the Welfare Office through the students to obtain your receipt.
