Benedictines observed two minute silence for late Phillip Hughes
ObituaryThe College junior and senior cricketers observed two minute silence prior to the commencement of a cricket match yesterday at the college grounds, as a mark of respect in memory of the Australian batsman late Phillip Hughes.

Following QTE from Ranjit Fernando

QTE
“This shows how the wonderful cricket family comes together when one of it's great sons and heroes are lost.
St. Benedict's College has shown their solidarity.”
UN QTE

Sincere thanks to Suresh Marcellus for initiating this noble gesture.
